I stayed at this hotel which had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I appreciated the free snacks and drinks available. However, it was a bit of a letdown that the TV in the room didn't work. The service was top-notch, and I was warmly welcomed with a drink upon arrival. The location, right above the pub and close to a tube station, was convenient for exploring the city. The facilities were great, especially having access to a pantry with refreshments.
